” Bacco is a collection made with wine precipitates dried in a spinning barrel. Biochemistry, tartaric precipitation and crystals are the keywords to start this project. Every two years the wine barrels must be opened to restore it, we analyzed the winemaking process and we worked around everything that was not wine, we make the invisible visible, bringing the lifecycle of wine to another level.” (De Santi & Paoletti., 2016)
